Return Policy

All Sales Final. Exchanges only. Please allow 2-3 weeks for Delivery.

To be eligible for Exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being Exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable/exchangeable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wearsomethingelse.com and send your item to the address shown on the shipping label or packing slip. We do not cover Return Shipping costs. You will need to pay for the shipping for the exchange process.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided on the shipping label or packing slip in your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment back to yourself (if and as applicable).
